1. Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellation by Client: Clients may request the cancellation of services by providing written notice to RoxxCloud.com. The timing and conditions of the cancellation are as follows:
- Website Design, Graphic Design, Content Writing: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours from the project initiation (advance payment) to qualify for a refund.
- Google Ads Services, SEO, Social Media Management: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours from the date of advance payment for the service to qualify for a refund
- Service Cancellation by RoxxCloud: We reserve the right to cancel services at our discretion. In such cases, clients will receive a prorated refund based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, clients must submit a cancellation request within the specified timeframes mentioned above. Cancellation requests made after the alignment of a dedicated team towards the project and upon payment of the invoice advance shall not be entitled to a refund
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, services that have already been rendered or where substantial work has been completed.
3. Modifications to Services
If a client wishes to modify the scope of services after initiation, additional charges may apply. Such modifications may also affect delivery timelines.
