After having to delay its “must-see” livestream earlier this month, PlatinumGames has finally aired its “release date forum” – locking in a release date for its planned shmup, sun crest.
Hideki Kamiya has confirmed that it will be coming to the Switch eShop on February 22 for €39.99 / $39.99 / 3,980 yen. On top of that, the team shared the final artwork for the game, which you can see above.
This news follows the game experiencing a last-minute delay towards the end of 2021 – with Kamiya announcing at the time that a December 9 launch would no longer be possible, as the team needed more development time.
