Vivo X80 specifications (expectations)

According to Digital Chat Station, the Vivo X80 is said to have a 6.78-inch E5 AMOLED display with a resolution of FHD+ pixels, a cutout for the selfie snapper, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and DC dimming. We can speculate that it will come with HDR10+ and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. An earlier report said that the phone will come with a 6.5-inch display.

The phone is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. The Vivo X80 features a linear motor on the X-axis for vivid tactile feedback and a 4000mm square VC chamber for heat dissipation.

An earlier report said that the Vivo X80 Pro is powered by the same chipset and has a similar-sized screen. The Vivo X80 Pro+ may have a slightly larger screen. A previous report has claimed that the phone would have up to 12GB of LPDDR4 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Moving on to cameras, the Vivo X80 is said to come with a triple camera layout consisting of a 50MP Samsung GN5 sensor, a 13MP secondary camera and a 12MP Sony IMX663 shooter. It is said to have a 44MP front camera for selfies and video chats.

The leaked Vivo X80 specs are largely similar to the Vivo X80 Pro spec sheet. The main differences between the two phones will not be revealed until they are officially launched. There are chances that the Vivo X80 series will debut on the same day as the X Fold and Pad.
