KCOM’s internet service has reportedly been fixed after it crashed for hundreds of users in Hull and East Yorkshire.
Many reported problems with their service this afternoon (Friday).
According to detection service Fing, the outage appeared to mainly affect users in Hull.
The issues were first reported at 3:25 p.m. this afternoon, Fing says, and the issue was escalated as “major.”
KCOM, based in Hull, has since apologized for the inconvenience and said the issue has now been resolved.
