Julianne Hough set the internet on fire with her glamorous look and Instagram is stunned

Julianne Hough struck a pose and set the internet on fire with her latest glamorous look.

On March 27, the former Dancing with the stars pro attended the Vanity Fair Oscar Party after the 94th Academy Awards. For the special event, Julianne wore a black Alexander McQueen strapless dress with a sweetheart neckline and ruffles. She paired it with beautiful diamond layered necklaces, minimalist rings and a black and gold handbag.

The actress shared her Oscar-worthy look on Instagram a few days later on March 30, revealing that her Alexander McQueen dress was from the fall 2015 collection. In her photo, Julianne shows off her dark dress, accessories and makeup in what appears to be an elevator. “🖤💎”, she added.

As it turns out, David Korins, who is the creative director for the Academy Awards, confirmed that Julianne’s photo shoot not only took place in an elevator, but also needed a little help. “There’s also that lady holding the elevator open 👈🏼👈🏼,” he wrote in the comments.

Unsurprisingly, fans were quick to declare the snapshot their favorite image of Julianne. One person wrote: “This might be one of my favorite photos.” Another added: “Stunning, beautiful and elegant ❤️❤️❤️😍.” Another fan said, “You nailed the old Hollywood glamor!”

Julianne exuding vintage Hollywood vibes was no accident. In her memorable Instagram photo, she tagged vintage fashion archive Shrimpton Couture and her stylist Jennifer Mazury, both of which provided more insight into her Vanity Fair look. The celebrity fashion stylist started telling that she hadn’t initially envisioned Julianne turning into… Elizabeth Taylor but it just went like this and it was a hit everywhere.

“We somehow went in the direction of Elizabeth Taylor, which was totally unplanned,” Jennifer wrote on Instagram. “But when the look came together with the hair and makeup of the necklace, it was so obvious that Julianne looked like a modern-day Elizabeth Taylor.”

Moreover, Cherie Balcho, the vintage expert behind Shrimpton Couture, also shared her admiration for Julianne’s look. “Love my McQueen on you!” she noted. “You wear it perfectly and @jennifermazurstyle styled it perfectly ❤️❤️❤️.”
