The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) is advising users of its Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS) that Microsoft has announced it is ending support for the Internet Explorer (IE) browser on June 15, 2022 for reasons of security and stability. EAMS users can use the Microsoft Edge browser to access the DWC system and submit e-forms.

DWC has posted IE mode settings that can be used to access EAMS in the Microsoft Edge browser. An information guide can be found on the DWC E-form filers webpage under the Resources heading or by emailing EForms@dir.ca.gov. Inquiries regarding the future use and accessibility of IE 11 should be addressed to Microsoft.
