PETALING JAYA: Digi customers on selected postpaid plans will receive additional 5GB Internet data each month at no extra charge, effective today (March 1).
Digi Postpaid 60 users will see their monthly Internet base quota upgraded from 25GB to 30GB, Postpaid 120 from 65GB to 70GB and Postpaid 150 from 85GB to 90GB. Data allocation for Postpaid 90 customers remains the same at 50GB per month.
The new data allocation is applicable for both new and existing customers.
The company said in a statement that the additional Internet data is part of a move to enhance its postpaid offering.
Postpaid users can also opt for extra Internet data for gaming, streaming and more through the Freedom Add-Ons.
The offer varies depending on the type of postpaid plan users subscribe to. For example, Digi Postpaid 120 users can get 30GB monthly additional data for free while free unlimited quota and hotspot is only available for Digi Postpaid 150 customers. More details are available on the Digi website.
All Freedom Add-Ons come with a 12-month contract period and is only being offered to subscribers on the new postpaid principal and family plans. Digi subscribers on older plans are required to change to the new plans to sign up for the Freedom Add-Ons.
The company also announced a new Digi Postpaid Family Unlimited plan starting from RM200/monthly for three postpaid lines with unlimited Internet and calls.
